Returns & Exchanges

At Outdoor Research, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right equipment for your next adventure, so we make the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
